I’m sure that you, like me, saw a lot of articles about the immune system during the pandemic. Articles about how to stay healthy were abundant and made for good reading.

But building a healthy immune system via good gut health is something we should always be thinking about. So even though the virus has left the center stage it’s imperative that we all still continue focusing on the gut and our immune system.
