Our journey for good gut health began in 2014 when Hashimotos entered our lives via one otherwise healthy member of the family.

Now we're not going to pretend that we originally understood the implications of this diagnosis. No, at first we may have been in denial of the fact that the average American diet was killing us all.

We're still coming to terms with the changes that need to be made in all of our lives.

All food should be slow food and eating should be a community affair. The happiest and healthiest people on earth today understand this. They share food, love, and laughter daily over a large, welcoming family table.
